The Oran Derby, also known as the Mouloudia & Jam'iya derby, is a football match between Algerian clubs MC Oran and ASM Oran. It is a match between arguably The Two most successful clubs in Oran. Usually the Derby is played twice each season with 2 matches in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1, but it is not uncommon to find the teams meeting each other in the Algerian Cup. ASM Oran is playing now in Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 2 (2nd division).

History

Oran derby dates back to the creation of the first championship of Algeria after independence in 1962. The last match that opposed the two teams was in 2011 Algerian Cup in the 1/16 final in Ahmed Zabana Stadium in Oran.
