Aquarian Christine Church Universal, Inc.

The Aquarian Christine Church Universal, Inc. (ACCU) was incorporated Pentecost Sunday, 2006, with the United States Federal Government and in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, although it had existed as an unincorporated entity for many years. ACCU has a membership of hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals spread throughout the world. ACCU is based on The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ transcribed by Levi H. Dowling from the Akashic records, which accepted as a work of holy scripture. Other sources such as "The Life of St. Issa" published by Nicholas Notovich and "Jesus Christ, Leader of Men" published by Swami Abhedananda are received by ACCU as secondary, supportive texts to "The Aquarian Gospel."

Teachings

ACCU, commonly called the Aquarian Church, teaches that the Triune God or Trinity is composed of the Father, the Mother and Christ the Son. The Holy Spirit is considered to be God the Mother. A core belief is that Jesus traveled to India, Tibet, Persia, Assyria, Greece and Egypt between the ages of 13 and 29, which are not recorded in the four traditional gospels of the New Testament. Jesus traveled to the East to study at the feet of Living and Ascended Masters in temples, such as Jagganath, and in Retreats of the Masters.

Shared beliefs

There are many shared beliefs and concepts with Theosophy, and especially with the I AM Movement (I AM Activity), such as: Ascended Masters and Ascended Master Teachings; reincarnation; the liberation of the individual from the cycle of rebirth through the Ascension Process; the perfection of the self - mind, body, soul, and one's Divine Spirit known as the Mighty I AM Presence; and that mankind stands at the threshold of entering the Golden Age, the Age of Aquarius, the Age of the Holy Spirit, and thus the Age of the Feminine Divine Energies.

Textbook

The book "Initiations of the Aquarian Masters: The Theosophy of the Aquarian Gospel" by co-founder and director of ACCU, Rev. Dr. Jacob L. Watson, serves as a textbook for those interested in studying the teachings of ACCU and has included in it a section devoted to invocations, benedictions, decrees, prayers, and inspirational scriptural passages, as well.
