All yuh

All yuh is a shortened term for "all of you", and is a common pronoun in Trinidadian English and Trinidadian Creole English and is also used in Grenada and Dominica. It would seem to be derived from, or at least related to, and is exchangeable with the the more common term, y'all.

Definitions and usage

All yuh is frequently employed as a replacement for "y'all" - often, seemingly, just to avoid repetition of "y'all", or to change the rhythmic form of a phrase or sentence. Although originally equivalent to the second person plural form of 'you', it is also sometimes used to address a single person.

"ALL YUH: All of you people. A group. All yuh hear dis — Listen up everyone."
"All yuh don' mamaguy me, nuh man!"
