Fax App (also referred to as Municorn Fax) is a mobile internet fax application developed by Municorn Limited, a Software company headquartered in Cyprus. The application allows users to send and receive fax documents from smartphones and web browsers without a physical fax machine, routing transmissions through cloud-based fax infrastructure.

History

Municorn Limited was registered in Cyprus on 5 June 2020 by Aleksei Bogdanov. The company released Fax App for iPhone in 2020 and an Android version in 2021; it also develops document scanning, health and fitness, and eSIM applications. In 2025 the company reported that the Android version of the application had surpassed two million downloads.

In the Deloitte 2024 EMEA Technology Fast 500 ranking, published in 2025, Municorn placed fourth with a reported four-year revenue growth of 19,103 per cent. The same year the company topped Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 ranking for the Middle East and Cyprus with a reported growth rate of 20,164 per cent, which the Cyprus Mail described as highlighting the growing prominence of Cyprus in the region's technology sector.

Fax App converts documents photographed or imported on a mobile device into fax transmissions delivered over the telephone network, a model common to internet fax services.
