Wed Me Good is an Indian wedding planning website where couples planning their wedding can search for local vendors, and discover IDeaS and inspirations for their wedding. Founded in Feb 2014 by Mehak Sagar Shahani and Anand Shahani, the company is currently based out of Gurgaon and has a 18-member team.
Profile
Wed Me Good connects users with an intent to get married/ looking for wedding services to vendors providing the same, ranging from photographers and bridal couture designers to make up artists, jewelry designers and venue booking. Users can browse through extensive details of vendors, including reviews, prices, contact information and other FAQs. The portal currently lists approximately 2500 curated vendors across 11 cities in India, as of July 2015. The website is divided into four categories; Vendors, Advice & Ideas, Galleries and Real weddings.
Vendors
Wed Me Good lists over 2500 vendors for all wedding services including Photographers, Makeup Artists, Decor, Bridal Wear, Grooms Wear, Invitations, Mehndi Ceremonies, Venue Bookings, Jewellery, Catering, Wedding Planners, DJs, Choreographers and Accessories. Users can also view end to end details AbOUT the vendors, including email, phone number, reviews, showcase and other FAQs.
Galleries
The website currently has over 58,000 photos, that have been uploaded by vendors and users, and tagged in detail by the team to facilitate search and filters for ideas.
Real Weddings
Real Weddings section is a part of the website that features recently married couples, along with their photos and experiences. Wed Me Good receives submissions of wedding albums from recently married couples who document their experiences with vendors while planning their wedding.
