The basic functionalities of webCRM are email marketing, activity management, budgets, quotations, pipeline management and website integration.

History

WebCRM was founded in 2002 by Erik Maltby and Jørgen Rode as a company specialised in the creation of web based applications.In 2006, the company started producing their web-based CRM software. Since then the company produces and develops only webCRM .

In addition to that, webCRM is available in 8 countries and supports multiple languages.

In 2010, webCRM released a new API, which allows users to exchange data from and to the software product to multiple platforms.
