Vritti i-Media
Vritti i-Media, founded in the year 2005, is the media business arm of Vritti Solutions Limited, a Pune based software solutions company offering IT and IT enabled services for businesses. Vritti i-Media says it "specializes in developing award winning digital technology enabled media delivery solutions that help companies market and advertise their products and services to the Tier-2, Tier 3 and Rural markets cost effectively".
Vritti i-Media is the sole authorized agency by the MSRTC to run audio advertisements at 80+ bus depots across Maharashtra which reaches out to approximately 10.3 Cr+ people per month across the state. Vritti i-Media’s network also includes the audio visual solution which is widely present across Highway food malls on express highways in Maharashtra. This medium helps corporates to reach to 2.5 million population of class A+, A, B. These networks run on "DigitalWorld+" technology and have overcome the hurdle of control and reliability missing in DOOH. History
2005: Vritti Solutions was incepted
2007:
- Vritti solutions becomes Vritti Solutions Limited company.
- Launched Vritti i-media with audio advertisement at MSRTC bus stands using DW+Technology
- Won “Rural Innovation fund award” for Disaster Management project from MS Swaminathan Foundation and Microsoft
2010: Vritti started another new initiative of Audio Visual network on Highway food malls and Dhaba’s across Maharashtra using Vritti’s DW+Technology
2011:
- Won 3 awards-2 Gold at Outdoor Advertising awards-OAA 2011.
- Vritti launches e-ticket advertising on Pune and Pimpri chinchward Municipal Buses

Audio network
Audio Advertisement of companies brand or products through public address systems at district bus terminals. This enables advertisers to reach out to target audiences in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and rural markets. The i-Media DigitalWorld Audio Network, currently, has a reach across 85 locations across all districts and important towns in Maharashtra with new locations being added every month making it a formidable force to directly reach out to rural audiences.
Vritti i-Media have partnered with the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) and have been appointed as the Sole Authorized Agency by MSRTC to run commercial audio advertisements that are played along with the Buses arrival/departure announcements on public address systems.
There is an ease in which the advertising and timing of messages can be changed as per seasons and festivals. On an average, audio network system reaches 3.5 million passengers using the state transport network.
Audio Visual Network
Vritti i-Media also provides advertising solution on audio visual digital displays with dynamic imaging drawing more attention than any other means of communication. This Audio Visual network is implemented at food malls and Dhabas on Express highways across Maharashtra. This medium has a reach of 25 lacs A, A+ profile people across Maharashtra. It enables the advertisers to grab the attention of the target audience with the help of advertisement in between Passenger Arrival and departure System for the State transport and Private Buses. The company also offers in-house developed content that attracts the travelers coming to the food malls to the LCD Displays. The content is changed dynamically and is interactive.
Advertisement on e-tickets
Vritti i-Media has tied up with PMPML-Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited to put Ads on the back side of the e-Tickets issued to the passengers and reaches out to 10.3 Lakh unique eyeballs every day. The company PMPML is a merger between the two transport undertakings viz Pune Municipal Transport (PMT) and Pimpri–Chinchwad Municipal Transport (PCMT).
Awards and recognition
Vritti i-Media’s rural media delivery network received three awards at the Outdoor Advertising Awards 2011 for innovation in rural marketing. Vritti won the following awards at the ceremony:
Gold award in Best Transit Media: awarded to Vritti for the ‘Lokmat’ campaign which showcased Vritti’s innovation in message delivery at MSRTC bus stands
Silver award in Best Format Innovation – New media: Vritti won this award for its innovative advertising format for audio advertisement over Passenger Information system at State Transport bus stands for Vikram Tea - Gujarat Tea Traders.
