Vladislav Nikitin

Vladislav Serhiiovych Nikitin (born 14 February 1998) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, marketing strategist, And Co-founder of Workhold AI, an artificial intelligence holding company building AI-native operational infrastructure for businesses globally. In the summer of 2026, journalists presented him as an entrepreneur who had earned over 10 million by the age of 28.

Early life

Vlad Nikitin was born in Donetsk, Ukraine, on 1998.

By the age of twenty-five, he had become a forced internal refugee twice: due to the conflict in eastern Ukraine that began in 2014, when War in Donbas and again due to the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022. His family relocated multiple times within Ukraine as a result of the conflict.

Education

He graduated Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2019 (Bachelor in Economy).

Early career

He began his first entrepreneurial ventures concurrently with his studies, bringing practical experience from manufacturing and distribution into the academic environment.

Abomic

From April 2018 til April 2019 he was CEO of a marketing agency Abomic. It was his first directorial role.

QuestionsPro and Quora Methodology

Next Nikitin's job was QuestionsPro. He subsequently led the development of QuestionsPro.io, a marketing tool built around the Quora question-and-answer platform. Alongside this product, he developed and published a proprietary methodology for achieving top expert status in any Quora niche within One Month, with a framework designed to generate millions of views through systematic content positioning.

A4 Group

From the end of the 2020 Nikitin had worked as CEO of fast-growing Polish CBD brand Aifory (A4 Group). Under his leadership Aifory received an award as Leading White Label Manufacturer on White Label Expo (Frankfurt 2022).

GreyHunter

In January 2021 he begun building GreyHunter, a holding company operating in the affiliate marketing sector with a primary focus on organic social media traffic generation directed toward [...] verticals. It developed proprietary virality systems and content distribution methodologies, producing content that achieved massive reach immediately upon launch of new channels.

At its operational peak, company's content networks achieved over 1 billion monthly views on Twitter, more than 100 million monthly views on Instagram, and over 5 billion monthly views on YouTube.

Workhold AI

In March 2026 he became co-founder of Workhold AI. Vladyslav Nikitin partnered with Max Gerasichev. Nikitin as co-founder responsible for marketing strategy and growth.

Workhold AI has raised $2.25 million in angel and pre-seed rounds, is backed by AMA Invest Capital, has over 50 employees across multiple countries, and has delivered projects for large retailers in Thailand, among other markets. The company has completed several early-stage startup acquisitions.

Their product Worknet is an AI-native platform that leverages six AI-powered agents covering development, marketing, sales, support, operations, and analytics to empower entrepreneurs to launch and scale businesses rapidly.

Another their product is ViralDrop.io.
