Career
Veera made his debut in the movie Mosakutty (2014), a Tamil drama film directed by Jeevan. The movie was produced by Shalom Studios after their successful ventures Mynaa (2010) and Saattai (2012). For his performance as Mosakki Bala he had to get tanned, put on weight and grow a beard to turn into the character. He underwent training with the movie’s director to observe the lifestyle of the villagers and also learnt Madurai dialect.Veera in his debut movie worked with a technical team with Sukumar as cinematographer, Prabhakaran as Art director and Ramesh Vinayagam as Music Director. Veera was seen sharing his screen with actor Pasupathy as the antagonist in the movie Mosakutty.
His next project Pettikadai Indru Vidumurai is being directed by Karvannan, with Veera playing the lead role in the movie. Director Samuthirakani dons a pivotal role in this film and the movie cast also includes Director R.V.Udayakumar and director R.Sundarrajan in important roles. Filming of the movie is in progress and it is expected to be released in June, 2015.
