History

The Two brothers, Florian and Gregor Dorfbauer, were working together professionally for six years before founding Usersnap. The co-founder Josef Trauner has been a close friend to the brothers. The idea behind Usersnap resulted from the work in developing web applications where the founders faced different communication problems.

The product emerged from their vision to make web development more efficient and pleasant. Since not finding any existing solution on the market and seeing the potential of a visual bug tracking tool the three co-founders started to build Usersnap in early 2012.

Bug Tracking Software

The developed widget can be added to any website in order to use it as a Bug Tracking System in your web browsers. It enables web developers to improve the Q&A process for web projects. The bug tracker CREATES screenshots of the current browser content. It helps to communicate on issues and share feedback between developers, customers and everyone involved in a web project. Screenshots, the used browser version and a lot of additional information help web developers to solve web issues.
