Trivaeo Methodology

Trivaeo is used as an acronym to describe the automation of people, process and technology in a virtual environment, basically an automation methodology. As the word has become more commonly used and businesses move toward virtualization, automation and enterprise architecture, the Trivaeo methodology is reaching out to niche system integrators and business process outsourcing vendors.

Tri – People, Process and Technology
Vaeo – Virtual Automation for Enterprise Operations

Under grammatical analysis of the worlds ten most spoken languages, the word Trivaeo has no negative connotation and may therefore be used without an attached stereotype. Most managers familiar with the Trivaeo methodologies continue to use the word in an unselfconscious way, but when properly deployed and managed, the methodology delivers a factory based approach at a record speed.

Methodology

Despite the fact that every business likes to feel totally unique, the Trivaeo approach accepts that 80-90% of all business processes contain similar business logic. Each business may have slightly different workflow or a greater number of steps in a process but in the end – it is a hierarchical set of approvals based on defined business rules. The supporting technology coupled with business rules and automation delivers your methodology with the appropriate governance and controls.

Since the word Trivaeo is an acronym, it has no directly related words but does embody all elements of its parts. Virtualization is more commonly accepted in all aspects of business and automation clearly describes the overall methodology objective.
