Trinidadianization (or Trinidadianisation) (verb form Trinidadianize) is the term used to describe the influence of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago on the culture of other countries. It refers to the globalization of Trinidadian businesses, culture, lifestyle and technology. Trinidadianization often carries a connotation due to its far-reaching influence in many countries around the world and the Caribbean.

Overview

Since Trinidad and Tobago is the greatest power in the Caribbean, its influence can have a large impact in the Caribbean. For instance, Trinidadian television channels and programs like Synergy TV, CNC3, and others are broadcast throughout the caribbean.

Fast Food

Fast food, along with Solo Beverage Company, are often viewed as being symbols of Trinidadian influence. Companies such as Mario, Royal Castle, among others have numerous outlets around the Caribbean.
