Transparent Media Portal

"Transparent Complaint Procedure Media Portal (TCP Media Portal / TCP / TMP)" is a proposed 3 line law in India that would allow citizens to put the scanned copy of their complaints/proposals which could be displayed publicly in Prime (or Chief) Minister's website. This allow common citizens to spread their views without depending on main stream media, which will improve transparency in the administrative system and strengthen the democracy.

TCP Media Portal has been proposed at both the state and federal level. Enacting TMP doesn't need any constitutional amendment. It can be directly printed in Gazette Notification (for both central and state) for
it's execution. The proposal has to be brought using mass movement, which includes both at ground level, like pamphlet distribution, activists meeting, awareness campaigns, SMS sending campaigns etc and online, using social media etc. The mass movement needs citizens' participation in sending orders to their MPs/MLAs to print TMP in Gazette.
Introduction
Today the elite have lot of media tools like T.V., newspaper, paid-journalist etc. Because they can come on T.V. and in short time, can spread their thoughts to lakhs and crores.
Whereas a common citizen, who does not have any connection with the media or is not wealthy, they can only use social media, Anshan-dharna, etc. to reach to the public.
That is why, common citizens, even if right, then can spread their word to only a few thousands while the elite even if they are telling falsehood, they are able to spread their thoughts to lakhs and crores in short time.

TCP Media Portal Reduces The Inequality of Media tools
TCP Media Portal first clause says that any citizen-voter can go to nearby government office, show his voter ID and get his statement etc. on affidavit scanned onto PM website. In this way, via TCP Media Portal first clause, reach of common citizens will increase. If what the common citizen is saying is right and in interest of the masses, then the word of common citizen will reach and influence lot of people.

TCP Media Portal second clause says that any voter can support or oppose the affidavit and keep their opinions in public in an authentic manner. By increasing reach of commons, power of corrupt to suppress evidences decreases. Therefore, TCP media portal decreases corruption and crime in short time.

In this way, TCP Media Portal is useful for bringing all good systems or things. Therefore, all activists should support and spread this FIRST and activists should try to get this law-draft implemented FIRST independently or with other drafts

TCP has been into discussion among activists of India since more than 7 years. Even it came in to notice of few media people too, and many activists supported it.
