Tony Peppe
Tony " Araes " Peppe Tony was born on March 4th 1990, he grew up in the small town of Culpeper in Virginia . He is a professional Coach for a Gears of war team on the Major League Gaming circuit named " Less Than Zero". He was also a former HaLo 2 pro player. He has been attending events since 2006.
Tony is known to be one of the best Gears of War 2 coaches on the circuit .In 2009 after placing 9th in columbus with the team vVv Less Than Zero the team successfully moved threw the brackets in Dallas placing 3rd in the tournament. After a amazing performance at Dallas Less Than Zero and there sponsor vVv split ways before the next MLG event. Going into Anaheim Tony seemed almost sure they would end up with a 1st place finish. After a amazing 3-0 series against the team MbN: The Business on the mainstage they took a disappointing 9th place at Anaheim. Tony was appointed the spot of a life time on the all stars team for the west coast team going into the Finals in Orlando.Tony is now going back to his roots playing halo on a top 32 team " Resistance " he is excited to get back into playing but he will still be a coach of a pro gears team for the 2009 season.
History
He started competitive gaming in 2005 going to local tournaments playing for small cash prizes. Then Tony attended his first Major League Gaming event in 2006 in New York City. He played in the Free For All " FFA ", he played that entire day placing 23rd .In the 2006 New York play off's he placed 9th that was his best placing in halo 2. In halo 3 he played on the 11th-seeded team The business on the online qualifier for meadowlands 2008. They were in the same bracket with teams like Final Boss, str8 Rippin. The business roster consisted of Araes, Impulser and two players from the halo 2 pro team Shook on3 gaming, Lightking and Dark Vegetto. The business beat out teams like " Team Classic " and " Lime Light". This team disbanded two weeks before the latter ended the team did not say why they disbanded.
