Tollab
Tollab "طلاب" is the Lebanese Students' Federation in Montreal. It has been launched in a ceremony that took place in March 2008. The federation is the biggest of its kind for Lebanese students as it includes more than 1500 members enrolled in the biggest five universities in Montreal (McGill, Concordia, Polytechnique, U de Montreal & UQAM).
Objectives:
Tollab aims at helping the Lebanese student to integrate in the local society by providing him/her with services & by organizing cultural & social events. Services include scholarships, through the scholarships program CAFEL, student discount card (T+), job fairs & information sessions presented by big companies. Cultural & social events include annual Gala, annual Lebanese Festival & Rallye Papers.

In December, 31, 2008, a group from Tollab met the Lebanese president Michel Sleiman in Baabda, Lebanon where they discussed with him their projects & got his full support.
In June 20, 2009, Tollab has organized, during the annual Lebanese festival, the largest dabke (Lebanese folkloric dance) in the world with more than 2000 participants & entered to Guinness world Book of Records in the presence of an official adjudicator from Guinness office.
