Tiffany Renée
Tiffany Renée (born December 18, 1971) is a member of the Petaluma City Council in Petaluma, California. Renée, a Latina from Fair Oaks, California, has been an environmental policy advocate and community organizer. She is a member of the Democratic Party. She likes to knit during City Council meetings; thus showing she doesn't care what the public speakers have to say, and that she's clearly made up her mind before the meeting began.
Early life
Born to a family of Latin American (Chile) and French Canadian heritage, Renée split her childhood between downtown Sacramento and Fair Oaks, California. Her father, well-known founder of American River Bank and real estate broker Bill Withrow, owned a large estate along the American River where she spent many summers exploring the river and its oak woodland ecology. She attend C. K. McClatchy High School and then Del Campo High School.
