The Four Seasons, Kiev

The Four Seasons () is a modern residential complex located in Holosiivskyi Raion, (Kiev city, Ukraine) at the following address: 3, Trutenko str. It covers more than 2.5 hectares and comprises of seven sections each of them being a 23-storey skyscraper. These sections are combined into 2 separate buildings (#1 consisting of 4 sections and #2 – of 3 sections respectively).

The customer for this complex is the Ministry of Defence (Ukraine). The investor is UMK LLC. The general contractor is Meridian-2005 LLC.

Infrastructure of the complex comprises of residential part (2nd through 22nd floor), office space of various types (ground and first floor), kindergarten and underground parking lot.

Building #1 (71,000 square meters) has 460 flats with the total of 40,000 square meters, office space and parking lot for 5,000 square meters. Building #2 is under construction and should be ready until 2012. It is also planned to erect an office center located on the premises. The kindergarten (unique in the neighborhood) is also an integral part of the complex. It is expected that the ground and first floor will host a number of office, entertainment and shopping outlets.

Residential complex “4 seasons” is located in an ecologically clean and quiet district of the capital of Ukraine. Close to its premises there is the famous city park named after Rylskii, sizeable forested areas and ponds. Due to its location on one of the hills, the complex renders beautiful views over most of Kiev city. In particular, one can see from upper floors the following: Dnipro river close to South Bridge, Pechersk area, buildings on the Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Dorogozhichi and even residential area Berezniaky. To the other side of the complex one can take a look over endless Golosiivsky park, Odessa square and the local airport “Kiev”.

Infrastructure in the neighboring area includes numerous shopping, entertainment, office and other buildings, among them being “Magellan”, “Metro”, “Epicenter”, “New Line”, National Exhibition Center “Expocenter”, City Hippodrome, carting-center, Ice Stadium etc.

In the vicinity (about 300 meters away) it is planned to open the underground station “Vasylkivska”. Well-developed transport options especially after Moscow Square reconstruction will make it easier to connect to the other parts of Kiev city.
