Subconscious (band)
Subconscious is a metalcore band formed in 1999. Their sound combines elements of thrash metal and Scandinavian death metal with Newschool-HC. They released their debut in early 2000, recorded in Berlin at Kugelphone Studio by Micha Buchal. In 2003 they released the track "From The Ashes" on a Compilation CD of Circulation Records with other Bands like Heaven Shall Burn, Confronto, Fall Of A Season, Narziss and more. Subconscious have played on stage with many other prominent bands, including Born From Pain, Maroon, Fall of Serenity, Shortage, and Narziss. In 2006 they sign at Pray For Nothing Records and collaborate with Peter "Pluto" Neuber (known for work with Bands like Disinter, Avulsed and Septic Flesh) which does the mastering for the album "Forever is Now". In September 2006 the band played at the world largest music fair Popkomm in Berlin an official showcase. In 2007 after the Label "Pray For Nothing" is quit , Subconscious collaborate with german based Label Maintain Records and their distribution partner twilight-Distribution for an worldwide distribution agreement of their "Forever Is Now" album.
