This concept of Hip Hotel is the creation of Michael Yong Kar Moh, Deputy Secretary General of Malaysian Retail Chain Association (MRCA). It offers room rate from as low as Min RM0.80 to Max RM70.00 (Min USD0.20 to Max USD20.00) a night stay.

- In Petaling Street (Malaysia Chinatown), Kuala Lumpur, with 41 rooms, now open for occupancy.
- In Jonker Walk, Melaka, scheduled to open in June 2008.
- In Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, scheduled to open in March 2008.
- In Desaru, Johor Bahru (Expected to open early 2009).
- In Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with 250 rooms, scheduled to open in December 2008.
- In Gurney Drive, Penang, with 150 rooms, scheduled to open in Mid 2008.
- In Braga Street, Bandung, Indonesia, with 200 rooms, scheduled to open in Early 2008.
- In Pluit, Jakarta, Indonesia, with 340 rooms, scheduled to open in March 2008.
