Singapore Football Galacticos

Singapore Football Galacticos (aka SFG) is a TV reality show which gives teenagers aged 13-14 years old a chance to get talent spotted or improve their football (soccer) skills.

Coming from diverse backgrounds, these players will be trained on football skills, teamwork and self-confidence judged by our coaches based on different challenges each week. Each week, players will be eliminated and viewers play a part in deciding their fate too, by voting online.

This is the first time viewers can get interactive by playing our online game to vote for their favourite players.

Season 1 Premiere: 9 Nov 2008 (Sun) 12pm on Okto channel

Scoring: The results are tabulated based on 70% coaches and 30% on the hands of voters. Consolidated online results posted on website every 12pm of next day.

Thematic Weeks: There will be different mini challenges and 11 get to be chosen each week to be in the starting line-up.

EPISODE 1
Singapore Football Galacticos! The EXCITING series kicks off with an islandwide call for the best soccer players to come down and be part of the show. Hundred turn up with hopes of being selected to represent the Galacticos but eventually only 38 will be chosen. Who will make the cut? The decision lies in the hands of head honcho, Harman and his special guest of the week.
EPISODE 2
In this episode, head coach Harman has the unenviable task of further trimming the squad to only 27. With the help of the special guest for the week, he has to make this decision based on a list of stringent criteria. Not only that, the chosen 27 will get to chose the kit that they will be wearing when representing the Singapore Football Galacticos. Will they be able to come to a unanimous decision on the colours that they will don? Tune in to find out.
