Shoni Bay
Shoni Bay is a fully integrated tourist resort town in Marsa Alam, developed and owned by The Royal Hotels Group. It is located on the Red Sea coast of Egypt with a 1 km long beach. It is AbOUT 690 km away from Cairo and 17 km south of Marsa Alam International Airport.
The name Shoni Bay originated from the local name of the bay in Arabic “Marsa Shoni”, hence Marsa means bay. It is popular as it lies one of only 7 sandy bays in Marsa Alam.
Being in such a location, Shoni Bay specializes in water sports, including scuba diving and snorkeling.
