Personality

Sharon is a very attractive seductress. When she is first introduced to Fred, he is gazing at her with his mouth completely dropped. His tie then shoots up to his chin, which is supposed to show that he is attracted to her. She lifts her leg onto his lap and tells him to "feel free to use her HOWEVER he sees fit" and once he starts staring at her attractive leg, she strokes her hand across his cheek and lifts his head up and comes very close to kissing him.

She seduces him again later in the film. When she gives him contracts that would easily give evidence that he is responsible for stealing the company's money and firing all of the Quarrie workers, she tells him that they are merely contracts to pay the contractors working on a project. When he tells her he is going to read them, she slowly slides onto his desk and tells him not to read them, taking advantage of his attraction to her. Fred agrees not to read them, but his wife, Wilma, walks into his office and sees Sharon stroking her hand across his cheek and giggling, and Fred, flirting with Sharon and giggling along. Sharon leaves his office, shaking her butt back and forth in the process, and leading Fred into an admiring gaze.

Although she is portrayed in the first half of the movie as a seductive [...], she later shows that she does have some senistivity. In a scene with her and Fred in the conference room, she apologizes to Fred for getting him into trouble with his wife when she was seducing him. She then shows that she wishes she could be part of a commitment like Fred and Wilma.

She later finds out that Cliff, whom she was suposed to go to Mexico with, has only bought a ticket for himself, and that he plans to leave her in Bedrock. Towards the end, Cliff intends to shoot Fred's dictabird, who is the only evidence that Fred is innocent, and Sharon knocks him out. Cliff later is covered with concrete. Sharon is last seen being arrested for taking part in Cliff's plan, but Fred tells her that he will try to get her out. She then tells him in an exquisite voice that "even though she has been a bad girl, she was VERY, VERY good at it", winks at him, and smiles at him entrancingly. He looks at her as she walks away with a desirous expression on his face that shows that shows that his lust for her has not gone away.

Quotes

Cliff- (Looking down at the Quarry workers) Do you know why I'm up here and they're down there?

Sharon- Because you lied on your resume`.

Sharon- (She walks into Fred's office, and speaks in a seductive voice) Uhhm. (Fred stares at her in amazement) Am I interrupting anything?

Cliff- Not at all. Fred, I'd like you to meet your new secretary, Miss Sharon Stone.

Fred- (Who is still gazing at her beauty) My secretary?

Sharon- Personal secretary, Mr. Flintstone. That is of course, if you want me. (Fred's tie shoots up to his chin, and he pushes it down.)

Cliff- Great. Well I'm sure the two of you would like to get ... better aqquainted. (He winks at Fred, and laughs an evil laughter after he leaves the room.)

Sharon- Mr. Flintstone, I'd like you to know that I enjoy working long hours, late NiGHTS, even weekends. (She lifts her leg onto his lap, and comes close to kissing him) So feel FREE to use me, HOWEVER you see fit. (She switches to a regular voice) Now, can I get you anything? Coffee?

Fred- Sure.

Sharon- (She comes close up to him once again, and switches back to her alluring voice) How would you like it?

Fred- Uhh, in a cup.

Sharon- Bold choice, Mr Flintstone. You'll go far in this company. (He smiles and she gives him a seductive smile as she leaves the room.)

Sharon- My! Don't we look handsome today!

Fred and Dictabird- Thank you!

Sharon- Here are today's batch of requistions. All marked, ready for your signature.

Fred- You know Miss Stone, I've been signing stacks of these thing for weeks now, and I hate to pry, but.. what are they?

Sharon- Oh, just tiny little forms so that we can pay the contractors working on the modernization. ( They are actually contracts that will point all evidence of the loss of jobs to him)

(She waits impatiently for him to sign the forms, and gets annoyed once he starts talking again.)

Fred- You know, we remodeled our kitchen a couple of years ago, and let me tell you, contractors can be real pirates. I'm gonna read these over.

Sharon- No!

(She goes onto his desk, slowly, and he gazes at her the same way he did when they first met. She speaks in an alluring voice.)

You're much to busy for that, Mr. Flintstone. And besides, reading is my job. (She puts her finger onto her lips, then puts it onto his.) You wouldn't want to put poor little old me on work now would you?

(Wilma, his wife, walks through the door)

Fred- No. (Sharon begins stroking her hand across his cheek and giggles, and Fred, who can't take his eyes off of her, giggles along with her)

Dictabird- Uhhm. Eh, your wife. Your, Your wife.

Fred- (Still staring at Sharon's gorgeous body) Hee hee... my wife? Hee hee hee.. Wilma? (He looks up and sees Wilma and his daughter standing there. He gets up immediately) WILMA! What a surprise!

Wilma- So it would seem.

Fred- Miss Stone, I'd like you to meet my wife, Mrs. Flagstone, and our daughter, umm, umm. Isn't she beautiful, my family.

Sharon- I've heard so much AbOUT you.

Wilma- Well I wish that I could say the same.

Fred- Oh that'll be all Miss Stone. I'll sign those documents, and place them on your desk.

Sharon- Whatever you want. (She walks out of the room, shaking her butt back and forth in the process, and Fred stares at her butt, and shakes his head back and forth)

Wilma- (She hits Fred in the chest to stop him from staring at her) Your secretary is very attractive.

Fred- Really? I didn't notice. Did I mention she could chisel 18 words per minute. Pretty impressive.

Cliff- (Who is about to shoot the dicatbird) Kiss your bird goodbye!

Fred- No! (Cliff is knocked out by Sharon)

Sharon- Anything else, Mr. Flintstone?

Fred- No that'll be all Miss Stone, why don't you take the rest of the day off.

Sharon- (She is getting arrested) Mr. Flintstone, I may not be in on Monday.

Fred- Dont't worry Miss Stone, I'll tell them what you did. I'm sure they'll let you out.

Sharon- Well I've been a bad girl, but you gotta admit (she switches to the alluring voice she talks in while seducing him) I was VERY, VERY good at it. (She winks at him, smiles seductively as she walks away, and he stares at her with an expression that shows he is still attracted to her.)

Romantic Partners

Cliff Vandercave- Cliff is Head of Architecture at Slate & Co. He and Sharon are hinted several times in the film to be a couple. They kiss a couple of times during the movie.

Fred Flintstone- Fred is Sharon's boss, who is only given a corporate position because his friend Barney switched their tests in repayment for giving him money to adopt their son. They aren't actually a couple, since Fred is married, but Sharon seduces Fred in many scenes to lead him astray from finding out about her and Cliff's plot, and Fred makes it quite clear that he is almost more attracted to her than he is to his wife, Wilma, who walks in on Fred and Sharon flirting with eachother in one scene. Although they never actually kiss, they come close several times. For example, when they are first introduced, Sharon lifts her leg onto Fred's lap, and as he gazes at her leg, she runs her hand across her cheek and lifts his chin up, so that they come relatively close to kissing. In that same scene, Sharon comes close to kissing him when asking if he'd like coffee. And in a scene later in the film, Sharon is seducing Fred on his desk, and puts her finger onto her lips and then onto his lips.

Attire

Throughout the film, Sharon wears different outfits, but they are all the same style. They all have tops that only cover her chest, and long skirts with an opening for her leg to come through while seducing Fred.

Music

In the following scenes; when Sharon and Fred are first introduced; when Sharon slides onto Fred's desk and seduces him (the song stops once Fred sees Wilma in the room, and starts again when Fred is staring at Sharon's butt as she leaves); and when Sharon tells Cliff that they should call off the plan, an untitled song that sounds like classic sultry songs is played to express Sharon's sultry personality.

Name

The name was given to the character because the role was originally intended for Sharon Stone. Sharon had to turn down the role, as she was working on another film. When Berry was given the role, the producers were going to change the name to Rosetta Stone, but believed that most people would miss the reference.

Sequels

Since the second Flintstones film, The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, is a prequel, Sharon is unfortunately not in the film. There was, however, another seductress in the film. Roxy, played by Alex Meneses, is a Rock Vegas showgirl who seduced Barney, instead of Fred, to keep him from persuading Fred to not take Wilma's evil ex-boyfriend's deal. However, if the rumors are true about a possible Flintstones 3, we could possibly see the hot, sexy secretary return once again, but since Halle Berry's career has risen a lot since The Release of the first Flintstone film, it is not a strong possibility that we will see the same actress play her.
