Seema Gupta (born 1971) is an Indian personnel manager and Hindi poetess; a well known name in the Hindi literary scene. Her poems have been published in different magazines of both print and cyber media. She was also the author of two books in management studies , “GUIDE LINES INTERNAL AUDITING FOR QUALITY SYSTEM” (May, 2000) and “GUIDE LINES FOR QUALITY SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE” (January, 2001).

Born in the Ambala town in Haryana (India), Seema earned her Master's degree in commerce from Chowdhuri Charan Singh University, Haryana. She now works as a general manager at a PVC pipe and fitting manufacturing concern at Gurgaon in Haryana. She is the daughter of Mr. Hari Krishan Gupta and Mrs Anita Gupta. She is married to Dharmender Kumar with whom she has a son and a daughter.

As Management Personnel

She has published two books on management . These books have received national attention throughout various industries and some of the readers have sent their appreciation letters. They are:

Besides her post-graduate degree, she has computer course from computer point, Gurugaon in 1993, Qualified International Quality Auditing Skills from M/s Know Why Engineers and Qualified “Lead Auditor” course from IRCA London through M/S TQA Delhiin June 2000.Certificate No.10:00.92 She worked as Worked as Accounts Manager ,Works Manager and Management representative with M/S AVS BRAKE LININGS PVT LIMITED GURGAON and since 2005 she have been working as Unit Head/General manager in M/S NAVSHIKHA POLY PACK GURGAON

As a poetess

She is a known blogger for poetry and her poems have been published both in print media and in different e-magazines. She usually writes her poems in Hindi as that is her mother tongue, and moreover, she thinks Hindi has a very broad and vast word platform which can describe to the maximum level any one want to describe the feelings and thought, emotions or expression, nothing can be expressed much better than this language. Hindi gives you many meanings of just a single word which can be used in various places. .She always expresses her writing as “ na sur hai na tal hai bus bhav hain or junun hai likhne ka” ( I have neither rhythm nor expressions , what I have that only passion )
