Scallywag and Vagabond
Scallywag and Vagabond is a New York City based web magazine that focuses on the social dialectics inherent in either the arts, high(low) culture, nightlife, performing arts, fashion, manners and etiquette. From interviewing aesthetes, diplomats, nefarious figures in the underworld it also examines the prevailing trends, media gossip, diatribe with the view to force a consideration of our times, albeit with a tongue cheek attitude.
Launched by Christopher Koulouris who currently serves as the site’s publisher and creative director in November 2008, his articles have been featured internationally, including CNN, Huffington Post, Gawker and an assortment of fashion magazines in lieu of their coverage of the NY and London Fashion Weeks. Apart from editorials and interviews Scallywag is also known for providing pithy and [...] commentary pertaining to that of media and celebrity gossip, as well as critiques of current main stream and New York City-centric news- otherwise known as Savage Predator.
