Sangamithra Amudha Kriya techniques are unique and involve application based introspection leading to a lasting transformation of the ‘mind’, to function within constructiveness, efficiency and contentment, and thus build a stress-free environment for oneself. It is applicable and made specifically adaptable to a wide variety of people such as students, company employees & employers, prison-inmates, the aged, hospital patients, etc. It helps the practitioners to get a fresh perspective of themselves and the world around them. It benefits one and all in building a society, free of negativity and destructive nature.

ACTIVITIES for the welfare and rehabilitation of prison inmates

2009 March 30: we introduced the Introspective techniques to the prison Inmates. We gave the specialized Kriya Diary for Prison Inmates (to be used along with the Kriya practices) totally free of cost.Approximately 50 Inmates were benefitted by the program. We are planning to give certificates to Prison Inmate who are practicing Kriya technique and Meditation. We have also published a Tamil book Ningal Kettavai for the benefit of Inmates. This Book contains various questions asked by Inmates. Some questions were answered by ADGP K.R.Shyam Sundar and some questions are answered by Founder, Managing Trustee Sangamithra Amudha. We are also planning to release this special book shortly, along with distribution of certificates.
