Sam Amcio
Sam Amico is a national NBA columnist for FOXSports.com and FOXSportsOhio.com. He formerly covered the league for NBA.com and is the founding editor of ProBasketballNews.com. His NBA coverage has also appeared in USA Today and the Boston Herald, and on CBSSports.com and HoopsHype.com.
Biography
He is a native of Akron, Ohio, and provides most of his NBA coverage out of Cleveland, where he also makes regular television and radio guest appearances. His journalism career began at the Daily Times in Rawlins, Wyoming, and he occasionally writes AbOUT his deep appreciation for that state in his blog. Amico also touches on other topics, including everything from the Cleveland Indians to Cleveland Browns to his favorite MusicAL acts and TV programs.

He is occasionally confused for Sam Amick, another national NBA writer, formerly of the Sacramento Bee and now with SportsIllustrated.com.
