SUNIL DEBBARMA
Sunil Debbarma is a Pastor, Preacher and an Author. He hails from Takarjala, Sepahijala Tripura. He was born in 15th August 1988 and grown up in Christian family. His parents were blessed by four children and among them he is the youngest son. He is working as a Pastor under Tripura Presbyterian Church Synod, PCI.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
He did his schooling in his own village Shyamnagar High School. He studied theology and graduated Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) in 2012 from Faith Baptist Bible College & Seminary, Kerala. Again he went for his further study and graduated Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.) in 2018 from Allahabad Bible Seminary, Uttar Pradesh. He was awarded in the field of academic in Allahabad Bible Seminary.receiving three Certificate of Merits: (1) 'MR. TEDDY CHATTREE MEMORIAL AWARD IN BIBLICAL STUDIES' (2) ‘ABS AWARD FOR HIGHEST GRADE IN BIBLICAL LANGUAGES,' and (3) 'ACADEMIC AWARD For Securing the HIGHEST GRADE IN ALL THE SUBJECTS'.
MINISTRY
Sunil Debbarma had served the Lord as an evangelist a year at Kanchanmala in Agartala Pastorate in the year 2012. By God’s grace and in His appointed time he was chosen in the field of pastoral ministry, he was selected and an installed as a Probationary Pastor at Electrik Veng Church on 95th Mizoram Synod Conference in 2018 & he was posted at Darchawi Pastorate. He served there for three years and after that he was ordained as a Pastor on 5th Session of Tripura Synod Conference in Saisimdung Presbyterian Church on 14th November 2021. He has served the Lord at Burburia Pastorate for a year in 2022. Presently, he is serving at Noagang Pastorate, Tripura Synod.
CONTRIBUTION IN KOKBOROK LITERATURE
Sunil Debbarma is very proficiency in writings Kokborok literature and published books. He has contributed in the field of Christian literature and religion. His published books are:

- Tipra Dopha Bai Tongkwthar (This book is base on kokborok speaking people The Tipras. The Tipras has their primal beliefs and religious practices. Though, the Tipras has their beliefs but how they are assimilated by Hinduism and Christianity. Therefore, this book tries to explain about it. This book also talks about how these three religious way of life-Primal Beliefs, Hinduism and Christianity impacted in their day today life).
