Rule Britannia Tour
The Rule Britannia tour was a tour around the United Kingdom by Welsh heavy metal band Bullet For My Valentine, from Sunday December 1st to Friday December 6th 2013. The tour covered five cities throughout England, Scotland and Wales (the visited cities being Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, London and Cardiff, in that specific order). Bullet For My Valentine received support from fellow British bands Asking Alexandria and Young Guns. In an interview, Bullet For My Valentine frontman Matt Tuck stated that he wanted an “all-British line-up” and that the tour was the first UK arena tour that the band had done since the Fever tour in December of 2010. The opening song for each of Bullet For My Valentine’s sets was “Raising Hell”, which was the band’s new song at the time having been released approximately a week prior to the first date of the tour. Notable parts of the band’s set included a cover of the Motorhead song “Ace of Spades” (which took place during the band’s encore before they played “Tears Don’t Fall” to end each individual concert) as well as a five-song medley celebrating the band’s success thus far (the songs used were “Hand of Blood”, “Room 409”, “Hearts Burst Into Fire”, “Begging For Mercy” and “Riot”) specifically chosen by the band so they could play one song from each of their four studio albums and also a song from the Hand of Blood EP. The tour was also notable because Young Guns premiered their new song “I Want Out” at the tour.

On the last date of the tour, in Cardiff, the crowd sang Happy Birthday for Matt Tuck's mother, with a large message from the band being shown on the screen behind the stage. The message read "Happy Birthday Mum, Love BFMV". The concert also coincided with Matt's parents' wedding anniversary as well.
