Prime Focus London plc is a media services and post production group consisting of the following two entities:
- Prime Focus London - The result of the merger between the following companies:
- VTR - A London-based post production group, including separate visual effects division, The Hive Animation.
- Clear Post Production - A London-based full service post production house.
- Blue - A London-based post production company. Prior to Prime Focus acquisition, Blue merged with its sister company The Machine Room (TMR)--a London-based film treatment and restoration facility.
- Prime Focus London plc also includes the acquisition of Machine Effects Limited--a London-based visual effects and post production house.
- Frantic Films (Frantic Films VFX and Frantic Films Software divisions):
- Frantic Films is a leading edge feature film visual effects and Software company based out of Winnipeg. Frantic Films' Live Action and Commercial divisions were not acquired during Prime Focus Group's acquisition and remain as a separate company.
- Post Logic:
- Post Logic is based out of Los Angeles and specializes in digital intermediate, digital restoration, mastering, and audio.
- Prime Focus Technologies:
- Prime Focus Technologies provides digital content solutions to the media & entertainment industry. It is a global company, providing digital asset management technology infrastructure and services.
