Pioneer Square Community Association
The Pioneer Square Community Association is a non-profit organization based on the community of Pioneer Square, Seattle. It was established in 2001 as a result of a merger between the Pioneer Square, Community Development Organization and Community Council.
Mission
To improve the social, economic, and physical condition of Pioneer Square through programs and projects, strategic partnership, and advocacy.
Organizational Structure
PSCA is directed by a 11-member Board of Directors, elected from a 24-member Board of Advisors. PSCA has two paid directors that oversee the committees of Public Safety, Public Spaces, Economic Developments & Marketing. The committees are constituted by volunteers.
