Miss Kerala
Miss Kerala is a beauty contest held in The INDIAN state of Kerala. The event focuses on finding the most talented Malayalee girl through a series of competitions. Every beauty contestant is closely monitored by an expert panel of juries in the areas of beauty and talent. The crown is awarded to the contestant who best exemplifies beauty and talent and one who can serve as an ambassador for the state. The pageant is an established one and is respected in India. The Miss Kerala Foundation was established in the year 1999 and held its first pageant that same year. The foundation performs social service and since inception, has donated a major part of its proceeds to charity work, especially for childcare.
