MIJO

MIJO is a provider of digital Media services to the entertainment, advertising and broadcast industries. MIJO has an online media distribution network that is used by advertisers and agencies, and online radio, television, cable and network destinations.

History

MIJO was founded in 1978, by Joel Reitman and Michael Goldberg. The two met as roommates at Ithaca College in upstate New York while studying Communications – and out of the first two letters of each of their names, MIJO was named.

Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, MIJO was originally established to offer Canadian feature film marketers a resource for the creation of Product Reels, Trailers, Television and Radio Commercials. Over time duplication and distribution of such content; whether produced in-house or otherwise – throughout Canada and North America were added to MIJO's services. MIJO works with the Advertising, Entertainment, and Broadcast Industries.

Today, the company remains technology-based and continuously evolves. MIJO provides, bilingual, and comprehensive services to generate and deliver final broadcast, print, and digital media materials.

Through MIJO's Toronto Headquarters, video commercials can be digitally delivered to one station or simultaneously to all the cable and broadcast stations in MIJO's Digital Network, MIJOnet.
