Jonathan Cecil is an American aviation enthusiast. Cecil, publicly known as Jon5700, is known for his short animations posted on YouTube. Cecil has gained worldwide attention from people interested in aviation by independently creating short films utilizing Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004.

Early Life

Cecil was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Cecil became passionate AbOUT aviation at age 20. Reflecting back, Cecil said, "I would drive by Louisville International Airport daily and always wish I had a camera."

Cecil currently resides in Kentucky with his wife, Chelsey.

Recent Work

Cecil also began filming Aviation in late 2009. Early work began at Louisville International Airport and also at Princess Juliana International Airport located in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles.

Jonathan was recently spotted at Chicago O'Hare International Airport in January 2010 by several fans.

In December 2009, Cecil shared his personal Facebook page for his viewers to share IDeaS and opinions about his content.

Internet Personality

Little is known of Cecil's internet personality but many viewers describe him as a sporadic thinker. He has managed to dramatically increase the amount of realism within virtual gaming entertainment.
