HealthDock

HealthDock^TM is an intelligent appliance developed by Certify Data Systems, Inc. HealthDock^TM receives in-bound clinical information such as laboratory results, discharge summaries, radiology reports, and other patient information from multiple sources and pushes the data to physician's electronic medical record (EMR) when it is available in the hospital information system (HIS) or laboratory information system (LIS).

The HealthDock^TM features push technology, which eliminates the need to log-in and pull-down information from a web portal. Like other appliances, HealthDock^TM requires no additional software installation in the physician office, and minimal IT knowledge to set-up and use. Health information is delivered according to physician preference and workflow: directly into their EMR or delivered as an encrypted PDF file to their email, printer or fax machine.

HealthDock^TM supports any size physician practice - from large multi-specialty clinics with hundreds of physicians to the single physician practice.

HealthDock^TM ensures HIPAA compliance with secure transmissions using standards-based security, via HTTPS with SSL, 128-bit public and private key encryption, and a complete, closed-loop audit trail. No VPN connections are required. HealthDock^TM features automated backup and restore capability, and secure user log-in with automatic log-out due to inactivity.
