Hall Research
Hall Research is an American company that manufactures and designs innovative Audio/Video distribution, switching, scaling and automation products. The hardware developed by Hall Research includes matrix switchers, video splitters, video switches, and video on UTP splitters and extenders.
Hall Research's corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities are located in the city of Tustin, California
Company history
Founded in 1984 by Ali Haghjoo, Hall Research began by developing products for the aerospace industry. As customers' needs evolved, Hall Research began developing other products, beginning with video splitters, which allowed the company to enter into the Professional audiovisual industry.
In 1998, Hall Research developed a product, the Mini-CAT, which brought the company accolades in numerous trade publications. Systems Contractor News published an article in June, 2004 entitled "Pet Project: The Care and Feeding of the Mini-CAT" which was a profile on the invention of the Mini-CAT and its impact on the professional audiovisual industry. March, 2009 the company was recognized as a "green" business by BusinessWeek's Business Exchange Online. Hall Research added an Interactive Technology Specialist, Justin T. Ireland in May, 2009 to their product development team.
