Graeme Fuller

Graeme Fuller is a former professional windsurfer, published author and Editor of Windsurf Magazine, living in Hythe, UK.

Throughout his career he has courted controversy with his outspoken views on the length of windsurfing boards, the setup of windsurfing equipment and the theory that booms should be set at eye level and the use of harnesses and boots to windsurf.

Amongst the European surfing and windsurfing community, Fuller had been regarded as an eccentric due to his advocacy of a "cheap, fun easy, Mal style board" to which a sail could also be attached. This eventually led to his being accredited as the inventor of the Stand Up PaddleBoarding by members of the said Boards magazine forum group

In 2007, Fuller was honoured by the Amateur Yacht Research Society for his contribution to the development and testing of innovative speed sailing craft.
