GameCola
GameCola is a VideoGame news and reviews website. GameCola provides video game news and reviews video games both modern and retro. Including New and Reviews, and its various columns, GameCola employs humor and sarcasm in its articles. Podcasts are also created periodically. One of GameCola's slogans is "5 is average"; GameCola reviews use a traditional 1-10 scale, whereby a score of 5 is given to games believe to be inherently average based on the platform, genre, year, and other factors. GameCola has also been in development of its own game, TestGame.exe, a point and click adventure.
History
GameCola was established by University of Maryland alumnus Paul Franzen, and employees various writers and columnists from the Maryland area.
