Fairfax Connect is a national web site that has been developed by Fairfax Media publishers of the The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and the The Australian Financial Review. The site was built to allow newsagents and distributors in Australia to interact with Fairfax’s IT systems.
Fairfax Connect provides newagents with a 24 hour access to information regarding their Fairfax account and will enable newsagents to enter their supply orders and returns on-line. In addition to this it also gives the newsagents the ability to communicate with circulation staff and Fairfax’s computer systems via the Internet. Over 88% of agents / distributors across Australia are currently using this system and have identified immediate benefits for their businesses.
