Bow Down is a segment of an episode of Mind of Mencia in Season 3. It takes its name from the Westside Connection album Bow Down (of the same name). The music video parodies the fact that rappers rap about going to jail, but never what happens in jail.

  • DMX: Grand Theft Auto, impersonation of a Federal Agent, and [...] Possession. Received 60 days in jail.
  • Snoop Dogg: Multiple [...] Possession Charges and Disorderly Conduct. Received 3 years in jail.
  • Mystikal: Pleaded guilty to forcing his hairstylist to perform [...] acts. Received 6 years in jail.
  • Lil' Kim: Guilty of committing conspiracy and perjury. Received 1 year in jail.

Trivia

  • All of the rappers featured were played by Carlos Mencia, including Lil' Kim.
  • Mencia's co-host, Brad Williams, appears as a prison guard beating a prisoner.
  • All four of the rappers are seeking revenge by doing a dis record on carlos and throws in "dee dee dee" in the song.
