The Evolve Group trading as Evolve Supply Chain Pty Ltd is a private company based in Clontarf, Queensland, Australia, that designs, manufactures and supplies products to Australia and abroad.
History
Incorporated in 2005, Evolve is headquartered in Clontarf, Brisbane with its manufacturing facility in Crestmead, Brisbane.
The company is a privately owned collective of several key business units which form an end-to-end product innovation and commercialisation solutions provider.
Evolve's in house capabilities include consultative product design and development, prototyping, tool fabrication, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, sales and distribution.
The Evolve Group is a house a products and brands including Polyslab®, Evo-Crete®, TRED™, Poolrite®, Plumbspec®, Polybender and Magjumper.
Evolve's Founder and Managing Director, Ty Hermans created the Polyslab concept in July 2004 and launched Polyslab and its range of products into the Australian market in 2006. In 2008 Ty took Polyslab to the USA and spent the next 3 years living and developing the business across North America. By late 2010 Evolve Composites Inc had established national distribution of the Polyslab and Evo-Crete product ranges, a head office in California and three Evo-Crete factories across eastern USA. In February 2011 Ty returned to Australia to continue the growth of Evolve on home soil and to launch Evolve’s latest product, Evo-Crete.
August 2, 2013 Evolve Supply Chain Pty Ltd officially announced completion of the asset acquisition of Poolrite Pty Ltd and Poolrite Research Pty Ltd. The Evolve Group holds un-abridged ownership of the Poolrite brand and products after it went into Administration and subsequent liquidation early 2013.
