Euro Towers International, Inc. (ETII) is a property development company based in Manila, Philippines whose core activity is focused on the development of high-rise residential mixed-use projects. The company was incorporated in August 6, 2010.
Projects and Locations
Since its inception, ETII has 3 initial projects all located in the Philippines known as the Vivaldi Residences Cubao, the Vivaldi Residences Davao, and the Milan Residenze Fairview.
Its first project, Vivaldi Residences Cubao is the first to be issued a Green Building Certificate by the Quezon City local government.

ETII is affiliated with Euro Capital Land, Inc. (Philippines), Euro Capital Pty. Ltd. (Singapore), IB Gimenez Securities, Inc., the EuroTel Hotel Chain, the Hotel Sogo Chain, and Buy and Sell Philippines.
