DJ Vicious-E
DJ Vicious-E is a DJ and Promoter (born May 8, 1982), and is part of the sound system Vikings Champion Sound.
He was born in Oslo, Norway, but has spent half of his childhood in Cleveland Ohio.
DJ Vicious-E specializes in Caribbean and African club music, including Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, Calypso, and many forms of contemporary African music. His occasional BLEND of Dancehall and Hiphop falls in to the growing genre of Crunkhall.
Alongside the DJ and producer, Psychofreud, they make up the main artists in the sound system Vikings Champion Sound.
DJ Vicious-E has performed at events in Scandinavia, The Caribbean, US, Canada, Europe, East and West Africa, and Asia.
For several years he was a resident DJ for XCLUSIVE Entertainent in Oslo Norway.
In 2007 he was awarded the title "Norway's Mr. Bling", here referring to his large use of fine jewelry.
Vicious-E releases several mixtapes every year. His latest releases are Digital Rudebwoy 1 and 2, It's A Vicious World and Soca Xplosion 2.
In 2009 Vicious-E started the foundation Musikk Som Redder (Music That Saves), collecting money for Zimbabwe.
