Civil Military Affairs Unit - Pangasinan (Reserve)

The 7th Civil Military Affairs Unit (Reserve), known officially as CMAU PANGASINAN, is one of seven Civil Affairs units of the 2nd Civil Military Affairs Group (Reserve) of the AFP Reserve Command, and is based in Pangasinan. The unit provides CMO and CIMIC support to regular units operating under the AFP Northern Luzon Command particularly reserve units operating within the province of Pangasinan.

The AOR of the 7th Civil Military Affairs Unit covers the entire province of Pangasinan.

Mission

• Base for expansion of the Regular Force in the event of war, invasion or rebellion within its AOP.
• Assist the Government in Relief and Rescue Operations in the event of Calamities or Disasters.
• Assist the Government in Socio-economic development and environmental concerns.
• Assist in the operation & maintenance of essential government and private utilies (e.g. power, telecommunications, water).
