Buzz Patterson
Robert "Buzz" Patterson (October 5, 1955-) is an American political author and retired United States Air Force pilot.
Biography
Early life and education
Patterson was born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and earned a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
Career
Patterson served 20 years on ACTIVE duty in the United States Air Force. From 1996 to 1998, Colonel Patterson was the Senior Military Aide to President Bill Clinton. During that time he was responsible for the President's Emergency Satchel. He retired in 2001 to pursue a career as a writer, conservative political commentator and commercial airline pilot.
