Observation of crime statistics
Why do most crimes occur in the summer? While many people believe that it is because school is out, leading psychologists points out that heat can be an aggravation causing people to get mad more easily. This is indirect contrast with February that is the month that the fewest crimes occur (USA Today). Statistics gathered at the City of Wichita Kansas gathered over a five year period of time confirm this. Also, according to Google Trends, most people search on crimes such as murder in June with a rapid decrease during the winter months. Google Trends also confirms that most searches for homicide occur in April and throughout the summer months. The state of California also confirms that more homicides occur during the summer. The FBI provides evidence that there is a 35%-40% increase in murder rate nationally between Feb-July over a span of 1999-2003. People also observe that the countries with the most murders per capita tend to be warmer. According to Nation Master, the country with the highest murders per capita is Colombia. The World Weather Information provides us with the mean high temperatures, and proves that for no month in Cucuta and Barrancabermeja, is the daily mean maximum temperature under 85 degrees F and for six months, it is higher than 90 degrees F. Temperatures also remain near the 90s the majority of the year in Barranquilla, Monteria, Puerto Carreno, and Riohacha. The second country with the most murders is South Africa. The country of South America has the largest economy in Africa but still has the second amount of murders in the world. Ruling out the economic state as a South African distinctive, we are left with the distinctive that it is also quite warm. Summer time temperatures often exceed 90 degrees F and the highest recorded temperature is 118.4 degrees F have occurred in both the Northern Cape and Mpumalanga. The third and fouth countries in crimes per capita are Jamaica and Venezuela. In contrast, countries such as Switzerland is ranked at 42, and is well known for being a peaceful country.

Observation of Riots
The Rodney King Riot broke out in April 29, after a series of unusually warm 90 degree days consisting of seven days before hand and the day the riot broke out, it was 89. The Guardian also credits the 2001 Oldham riot to the temperature being significantly higher. They also observe that many riots occur in the hottest part of summer including the Notting Hill riots in August 1976, the Toxteth riots in July 1981,the Brixton riots in September 1985, the Handsworth riots 1985, and the Toxteth riots. It rules metabolism, particularly digestion, and is in charge of all processes of transformation in the body.mapi /> During a heat wave, humans suffer from too much Pitta. Some signs of sever Pitta include heartburn, excessive body heat and sweating, skin rashes, acne, excess stomach acidity, peptic ulcers, early graying hair, irritability and anger.

Observation of the effect that heat has on the brain
Dr Lance Workman, a psychologist, provided studies which confirm the link between temperatures and there being less serotonin in the brain. Studies at the New York Academy of Sciences studied what happened in mice that had brain damage due to heat. They found that it had a hindering effect on blood in the cerebral, and edema formation.

How we should change our appetites
We instinctively believe that cold drinks can relieve Pitta. However, we need to be careful that our drinks are not too cold because ice takes more water to melt in our mouthes than ice provides. Fruits and vegetables are also instinctive and are an excellent choice). Sweet fruits like melons, cherries, or grapes, vegetables like asparagus, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and also milk, butter, ghee , and natural sweetners—except honey and molasses are recommended. Also, the Pitta teas and Pitta churna s have been designed especially to help pacify Pitta.

Making ourselves comfortable
It is important to make sure that one is as comfortable as they could be. We instinctively head to swimming pools and are attracted to air conditioner vents for this reason. At work, it is necessary to take breaks. July, along with December are the two months people take off for vacation and it should be noted it is because these are the two months with the most extreme temperatures.
