The Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman insignia (SWCC insignia) is a military qualification badge of the United States Navy which was first conceived in 1996, though the design wasn't approved for wear until 2001.
The insignia is authorized for wear by volunteer members of Special Boat Teams (formerly Special Boat Units) under U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command. Candidates must pass the SWCC course (BCT) of instruction at Coronado, California and then complete personal qualification standards (PQS) for their specific Special Boat Unit or Special Boat Team (SBT).
To receive the insignia, a service member must apply and be accepted to special programs, pass SWCC school, complete their probationary period, and pass other schools such as SERE. Following this, they undergo Craft Qualification Training (CQT) concurrently with their probationary period.
They are then assigned to a detachment where they undergo further training in small arms and mounted weapons use, land and maritime navigation, riverine or coastal combat tactics, survival and emergency damage control skills, emergency medical skills, and close quarters naval combat. The insignia is presented after completion of all qualifications, an underway field exercise exam, and the passing of an examination and oral qualification board.
Due to the training and prerequisites (such as graduation from the SWCC and SERE schools) involved in qualification, the SWCC insignia is recognized by those within the broader realm of "small boat" oufits of the armed forces as a fairly difficult qualification insignia to obtain. It is issued in a single grade and is generally awarded only to the enlisted personnel who intend to commit their military careers to this specialization.
Due in part to SWCC's extremely difficult training and operating environment, which are somewhat similar to those of their SEAL colleagues, they are qualified to operate jointly with other armed forces (particularly those within USSOCOM such as SEALs, Special Forces, MARSOC and Air Force Combat Controllers) operate in inclement weather and sea state, evade and fight on land as a contingency, and perform maritime special operations missions such as direct action, recon, ship boarding or Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS), and sea-to-land support using a broad array of vessels and armaments.

Misa Campo (born January 23, 1987 in Montréal, Quebec) is a Canadian model. She is best known for her for work in Maxim magazine’s “Show Us Something” girls in September of 2006
Biography
She was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to a Filipino father and a Dutch mother. When she was just two years old, Misa moved to California’s Newport Beach to live with her father. Surrounded by her relatives, Misa grew up in a safe and comfortable environment in which she was encouraged to pursue her dreams. Misa remained exclusively within the sunny vistas of Newport Beach until she was 10, at which point she began to shuttle between California and Montreal (where she lived with her mom and two sisters). By the time she was in her late teens, Misa had moved permanently back to Montreal, where she managed to land a job as a bartender at the city’s exclusive Jet and System nightclubs. Misa’s bosses encouraged her to give the world of modeling a shot, and specifically pointed her towards Montreal’s annual performance racing auto show Sport Compact Performance. There, Misa impressed both patrons and executives and eventually walked away with the title of Miss Rocawear for 2006. Misa made a move back to California, and it wasn’t long before she had managed to land a job as a bartender at a Los Angeles hot spot. She was also remaining active in the modeling scene, and, in addition to her duties as the face of Rocawear for Canada, Misa soon became a regular fixture within the pages of such magazines as Version C Models Magazine, Uno magazine, and DragSport (for the latter, she was named Model of the Month in December of ’06). Misa’s big break came when she was featured as one of Maxim magazine’s “Show Us Something” girls in September of 2006, and she was also named an IGN DVD Babe of the Day in 2007.
