Lillian Martin (born March 17, 1924) is a Deltona, Florida resident who went missing along with her Grandson Joshua Bryant on May 12, 2001. Following the discovery of Joshua's body on June 4, 2004 she is currently missing presumed dead and a search for her remains is ongoing.
Joshua and Lillian disappeared from their home in suspicious circumstances on the morning of May 12th, 2001 and foul play was suspected. A nationwide search began and they were featured on America's Most Wanted and on a NASCAR race car. Investigators have named Douglas McClymont as a possible suspect in the case. He committed [...] on May 2 2004 however, so the truth may never be known. Investigators interviewed McClymont shortly after the disappearance because he had done some electrical work in the home, he stated that he had been smoking crack at the time and brought forward friends as alibis so was ruled out of the investigation. The alibis later retracted their statements.
Following a crime spree by McClymont in May, 2004 investigators began re-examining him as a possible suspect. According to Deborah Bowes, who was abducted by McClymont after he murdered her husband, he confessed to murdering both Joshua and Lillian. Investigators interviewed a woman who had seen a man with duct tape walking a boy out into the woods where Joshua was eventually found. When first interviewed she did not recognise Joshua in a photo. During the new interview she was shown a photograph of Douglas McClymont and recognised him as the man who she had seen walking with Joshua.

On June 11, 2004 a lady's watch was found but the family was not able to confirm whether or not it was Lillian's. Results from a forensic examination released on November 9, 2004 were inconclusive.
On June 22, 2004 investigators completed their search of the woods where Joshua was found and are now pursuing other leads.
Anna (or Ti'ana (D'ni: Tee'ahnah/[Ti'ana]), as the D'ni preferred to call her, as it was more convenient for them to pronounce), was Aitrus' wife and the first human to descend to the D'ni city proper. As many D'ni were reluctant about strangers, she was met with skepticism, but was later accepted into the D'ni society, and eventually gained legal status as a D'ni (cf. Myst: The Book of Ti'ana).
Ti'ana was also the mother of Gehn and grandmother of Atrus. She taught and raised Atrus throughout most of his childhood, and later protected him from his father Gehn, as told in Myst: The Book of Atrus.
Ti'ana died on Myst Island and was buried there.
The name Ti'ana meant "story-teller", and was given to her by Aitrus after she told him of human superstition of a subterranean hell — something Aitrus as an inhabitant of a subterranean Cavern found very amusing.
