This severe flash floods stared late july of 2006. the areas hit the hardest are New Mexico El paso and Arizonia. What caused the severe floods were up 15 days or more of record rain. The city of El Paso saw twice it's waverage rain in 2 weeks. The southwest moonsoon season is becoming a severe threat to many peple in thoese states. One park in El Paso was closed due to the spread of ecoli. El paso has been declared a state of emergency From July 27 to Aug 20th. Dam breaks are now a major concern. At least 100 million dollars in damage has been done in el Paso. In New Mexico the floods have cooled temputures and lowered the drought and wildfire threat. But riveres are close to record stage. And underpasses have been severely flooded by draining waters. Since this is a desert area the ground can't hold much water. In Arizonia the same things that happened in New Mexico happened with the flash floods,cooling temputures, and lowered wildfire and drought threat. Roads have been washed out and business and homes have been evacuated. This is some of the heaviest rains since 1992.

The Mamba du Mal is an fictional snake in the popular children's book series, A Series of Unfortunate Events. It was a part of Montgomery Montgomery's reptile collection, and was trained to sniff out arson. Possibly named after a real snake known as the Mamba. The snake is known to be black. It is possibly shown in the reptile room at the start of a chapter
In The Reptile Room, Stephano (Count Olaf in disguise) injects the venom of the Mamba du Mal into Uncle Monty and kills him. He then falsely accuses the snake of being responsible for Uncle Monty's death. The Mamba du Mal is then taken by Bruce. In Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Autobiography, a black snake is seen communicating with some crickets, likely V.F.D. Crickets. The snake then is bought at the In Auction by the Esme Sqaualor Fan Club.

There has been more than one band with the name Sedition.
Perhaps the first Sedition was an anarcho punk/hardcore/postpunk band based in Northampton,England, active from 1983 through 1987. Cassette and mp3 bootlegs of demos and live performances exist, but their only release was on a cassette-only compilation put out by the British Cold Spring Records (this was the label's, which is still going today as a key label in the industrial scene, first release, and its cover is displayed on the label's webpage). The cassette also featured, amongst others, Psychic TV, Bruise, Charlie Don't Surf, and Venus Flytrap.
The band started off very influenced and involved with the anarcho punk scene, and played shows with Antisect, Conflict, Smart Pils, Dirt, No Defences, Annie Anxiety, Karma Sutra, Deviated Instinct and others. From the start they were also very influenced by US and international underground and hardcore acts, and they managed to play shows with Government Issue, Lärm, and another British hardcore act, AYS. Later this interest led to a sound that was slower, stranger and generally instrumental, perhaps with hues of Flipper, Butthole Surfers and slower metal acts such as the Dutch band Gore. It is this sound, with a 3-piece lineup, that can be heard on the demo '60 miles by road or rail'. Dig of Earache Records intended to release 2 of these tracks on a compilation LP, but the project was later shelved. A track from this demo, 'Pink Hendrix Hairdryer' was featured on the Cold Spring Records compilation.
There were only 3 constant and core members of the band (ending up as an instrumental act) who started and finished the band, with 4 vocalists coming and going through their period of activity. The final vocalist, Tim Andrews, left to join Antisect, and was with them until their demise.
Sedition's drummer was later in Charlie Don't Surf, an acoustic band called Buggy Chillum and, in Moscow, Russia, a punk band called Species.
Sedition was also the name of a hardcore band in Seattle in the late 80's.
Sedition was also the name of a punk band from Scotland who released albums in the early 90's. Releases were a split LP with Pink Turds in Space, a split LP with Disaffect, their LP Earthbeat and an ep Nabate.
Sedition is also a heavy metal band from Brisbane, Australia formed in 1999. The band's line-up throughout the years has included Andrew Dowling, who is now bassist for power metal band Lord. The band's current bassist is Glenn Williams, formerely with Dungeon.
The band supported Pegazus on a nation-wide tour in 2003.
