Santana Gohain (born 1969) is a contemporary Indian abstract artist.
Gohain studied printmaking at the College of Arts and Crafts, Assam, and earned a postgraduate diploma in printmaking from the Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S. University of Baroda. Having attended workshops in print making with Spanish artist Joaquin Capa and in sculpture with Prof. Jean-Louis Raymond, Santana Gohain has participated in various art camps in India. Her work has been exhibited internationally.
Working with mixed media, the artist produces large, script-covered panels made with multiple layers of chalk, graphite and paper, often in shades of slate gray and white, which testify to her training in and sensibilities for printmaking. Gohain's surfaces are heavily “worked” rather than "painted". In 2008, Gohain said, “Works are not only paintings, working on the surfaces is very sculptural. I use graphite like clay”.
She has participated in several group shows in San Francisco, New Jersey, Mumbai, Bangalore, Nagpur, Baroda, Chandigarh and Bhopal. Her solo shows include one at Nazar Art Gallery, in Baroda (1999), 'Harmony' - a collaborative show with her husband Ganesh Gohain at The Fine Art Company, Mumbai, 'Existence' at The Fine Art Company (2002), Mumbai, 'Silent Speech' in Ahmedabad and Vadodara by Alliance Française (2004), and "Silent Speech" at the Museum Art Gallery by The Fine Art Company(2006), Mumbai.
In September 2007, Santana Gohain was included for the first time in an international auction, the 'Contemporary Art from South East Asia' sale at Sotheby's in New York. In December 2007, Santana Gohain was awarded the 'Prix de la ville de Sarcelles' at the Biennale de la Gravure in Sarcelles, France.
The artist lives and works in Baroda.

CrazY JulieT - a musical collective from Ukraine based in 2002. They name their style Fairy Wave, representing a combination of several musical movements. The group has been named in honor of the piracy ship.
History
The project began in 2002. At this time, the leader of the group Evadam was writing, with the assistance of a colleague, the first songs on their promo-album «Annabel Lee».
In 2006, the group began to have a more or less generated structure and put out the promo-release second for the account «Under The Hill».
On July, 1st 2007, in a club in Kiev, they had great success with their debut concert. That same year the group gave concerts across Ukraine, including in Kiev at the festival «Children of Night: Chorna Rada 4» (the oldest and the largest in territory of the CIS festival of the Gothic music for the first time since 2000). CrazY JulieT became the sensation of this festival, deservedly having received the title «Opening of year». The line of promo-records has continued by one more release «Grand Memoirs», and the concert clip on an indisputable hit of 2007 «Army Of The Bones» gets constant play on the alternative Ukrainian TV channel "Enter". During the first years, CrazY JulieT has been innovativewith their music — they offered a free online release of the trilogy of three early promo-albums of group. In the beginning of 2009, the musicians started a record of new material for an official full-size album, and in the spring with support SYN Promotion, the group went on a global tour, which has included more of 50 cities of the CIS.
The summer of 2009 became a starting point for a new, better coil of development CrazY JulieT.
The full-length album «Grand Memories» was released in Russia on label Gravitator Records and in Ukraine on Moon Records, and it received great success in both countries.
