Adri Nital first appeared in Tomb of Dracula #28-29 (January - February 1975), and was created by Marv Wolfman and Gene Colan.
The character subsequently appears in The Tomb of Dracula #31-32 (April - May 1975).

Fictional character biography
Adri Nital was born in Jaipur, India, the son of vampire hunter Taj Nital. As a young boy, Adri was killed by vampires during an attack on his village led by Dracula. Rachel slew the vampire that bit Adri Nital using her wooden crossbow, and drove Dracula off when he tried to slay Taj. Adri became a vampire after this attack, but his mother kept him imprisoned at her home for five years. During this time, his father Taj was aiding Rachel van Helsing in hunting vampires, but despite Taj's best efforts to stop them, a group of villagers broke into the Nital home and destroyed Adri Nital.

The Omega class destroyer E.A.S. Pollux was an Earth Alliance starship in the Babylon 5 science fiction universe. She was named after Pollux from Greek mythology, who was a son of Leda and the Swan - who was the God Jupiter in disguise.
In the latter half of 2261, President Morgan Clark began ordering his forces to attack civilian targets in order to force the surrender of those who opposed him. He may have also done this to provoke rebel leaders into attacking him. Two large commercial liners that held a combined total of 10,000 refugees were intercepted by the Pollux at a jump gate. The two ships tried to identify themselves as commercial liners, but the Pollux came out of the jump gate firing, and quickly destroyed the two refugee ships. Over 10,000 innocent people died in the attack.
A transport in the area managed to make a video record of this, which was smuggled out of the area. It made its way to Babylon 5. Both Commander Susan Ivanova and Captain John Sheridan were furious upon seeing the video. Sheridan then decided to take the war to Earth, liberating the colonies on the way, with the first major engagement of the campaign taking place at Proxima 3.
EAS Pollux was lost in the ensuing battle when a White Star, damaged by Polluxs forward batteries, tumbled out of control and collided head-on with the Pollux, destroying both ships.

The Assassins is a terrorist group in The Hardy Boys Casefiles series of books. Calling themselves simply 'the Assassins', these terrorists-for-hire are the primary adversaries of the Hardy Boys and The Network in the Casefiles series. The Assassins appear to have originated in the 13th or 14th century, although no one knows for sure.
All Assassins have a hollow tooth to hold a cyanide capsule, and agents have standing orders to die rather than be captured. Although when captured most Assassins do use the capsule, some of the higher ranks in the organization are not so quick to do so.

"Nobody takes an Assassin alive."
-Al-Rousasa in Casefiles #1, Dead on Target

Frank and Joe fight the Assassins not only because they are dangerous to the world, but because they are the group responsible for the death of Joe's girlfriend, Iola Morton.

Eastwick was a fictional suburb on the outer reaches of the London Underground’s Metropolitan line in Julian Barnes’ novel Metroland. This book, written in 1980, recalled adolescence in the early 1960s.
Features of Eastwick
At school in the City, to which he travelled daily by train, Christopher Lloyd, the subject of Metroland, made it known during French lessons that he lived in "Metro-land" because that sounded better than Eastwick and stranger than Middlesex (which was still an administrative county in 1961).
Christopher noted that some of the other commuters from Eastwick - "old fuggers" as he called them - were creatures of habit (favourite compartments, favourite seats); that the orange street lights on the way home from the station made red appear brown; and that, on Sundays ("the day for which Metroland was created"), the trains appeared to clatter into Eastwick more loudly than usual.
Likely etymology
"Eastwick", which was said to be about twenty minutes’ drive from Chesham, was probably an amalgam of Eastcote and Northwick (as in Northwick Park), although there is a parish of Eastwick in East Hertfordshire, to the north-west of Harlow. There is no connection with the town (in New England, USA) in John Updike’s novel, The Witches of Eastwick (1984).
